Linda J. Vosters

Linda Jean Vosters (nee Lau), 69, began her journey to heaven Monday, February 29, 2016 after a fulfilling life. Linda was born in Clintonville to Arthur J. and Evelyn I. (nee Habeck) on January 9, 1947 one of 4 children. Linda graduated from Appleton West High School and began a calling as a CNA helping those in Hospice care for over 30 years. She met and married a young man, Robert L. Vosters on September 14, 1968 at Emmanuel United Methodist church in Appleton.

She is survived by her daughter Merredith (Scott) Griesbach and their daughter Lexi and son Michael. Two sisters Carol Halverson and her son Tony (Lisa) Halverson and Mary (J.J.) Jimenez; a brother Edward (Wanda) and their daughter Andrea. Sister in-law Carol (Alden) Johann, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Linda was preceded in death by the love of her life Robert, her parents Arthur and Evelyn Lau and his parents Richard and Ruth Vosters.

Linda enjoyed baking and cooking. She would prepare meals for 10 for Herself, Robert and Merredith. She made pies, custard, and expanded the menu with nachos recently. She loved spending long trips with the family building memories for a lifetime. Linda accumulated many dolls over the days building a lovely menagerie.

Funeral Services for Linda will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the WICHMANN TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 3212 S. ONEIDA ST. with Rev. Ben Morris of Emmanuel United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park at 2 PM. Family and Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Thursday from 9 AM until time of Service.
