Continue ReadingL. Arthur Judson, age 73 of Appleton, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Parkside Care Center. He was born on February 3, 1941 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Madison and Marcella (Wauer) Judson. On January 11, 1962, Art married the love of his life Maria C. Reyes. He was employed as a Lab Technician at Gilbert Paper. Art was an avid reader, and always had a book in his hand. He enjoyed playing Santa Claus, and loved spending time with his family.
Art is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Maria Judson; children: Graham (Sylva) Judson, Francis (Kelly) Judson, Aida Reyes-Estrada, and Deb (Bruce) Horn; Grandpa Claus to Chelsea, Alaric, Elijah, and Graham Judson; Ben (Amanda) Koren and Emily Koren; Samantha and Jacquelyn Tripp, Mariah and Madison Horn; Kaileigh Selig; brother Madison (Gretchen) Judson; sister-in-law Barbara Judson niece Gwendolyn (Kirk) Wall and nephew Brian (Wendy) Judson. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father Francis Mashock, and brother Robert Judson.
The funeral liturgy for Art will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at ST. BERNADETTE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2331 E. Lourdes Drive in Appleton. Fr. Donald Zuleger will be officiating. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Dear Maria, I Worked with Art at Walmart until he retired.He was a gentle man. I am unable to attend the funeral. My Dad is disabled and I Provide care for him. I am a People Greeter at Walmart. Hope to see you in the store. I will keep you in my prayers. With Love, Denise
