Nancy, Greta, and Kevin, on behalf of Appleton Little League, I'd like to express our deepest sympathies. While I didn't know Kurt personally, what a great man he was, for volunteering over 40 years - over 2/3s of our program's existence! The positive difference he made in hundreds and hundreds of kids' lives cannot be measured!

I am sending my love to all of you. I am so sad for myself and all of you. I can’t tell you how much being a part of this family means to me. I loved Kurt , he was seriously a foreign being to me. Never had encountered anyone like him. Outrageous, funny, loving, generous. Truly one of a kind. Think God I got to be part of his life and share family moments with him. Much love Ginny B
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Our deepest sympathies to the Johansen family. Both of our boys had the privilege to have Kurt as their Appleton little league baseball coach. Both of our boys had tremendous respect for Kurt and always said he was by far the best baseball coach they ever had. We were lucky to have him touch our lives. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
