From your cousin Megan who loved you so much. My heart breaks to see Kira go so soon. I would've loved to see and hear her sing. I got to talk to you during the holidays. You were a bit shy but once we started to talk you were very fun to talk to. Kira had such a great head on her shoulders. I wish you are with our loving family in heaven. I think of your smile always. You will always be beautiful. I am going to miss you so much. Love Megan

I was lucky to know Kira in high school. Kira was absolutely beautiful inside and out. I will always remember her as an avid reader with an infectious laugh. Her dedication to learning was inspiring. Truly a unique and kind soul who will be missed by so many. My heart goes out to her loved ones.

I have known Carmen for about 15 years and throughout our friendship Carm would share Kira stories. Things her and Kira did or stories of Kira growing up, and as aunties do, we would smile or laugh. Kira was Carm’s heart so vicariously I watched Kira grow in this beautiful young woman … I remember the first time I met Kira. She was about 12. Kira was so beautiful, quiet but intense and thoughtful … I remember looking at Carmen and saying she is so pretty! Carmen, with a proud big smile, just nodded, knowingly. My heart goes out to the Smith family … thinking of all of you, Tara, Joan and Carm. Bobbie

My heart goes out to Kira’s mother and all her many close friends and family. I knew Kira during middle school and high school. We took part in choir, show choir, and musicals together. She was always an amazing example to me of kindness, happiness and gentleness. It’s been 8 years since I last saw her at graduation, but my heart is saddened to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

My dear and loving friend Joan. Betty called me with the news of Kira going to be with God and having eternal peace. I cried, prayed, and felt your pain for you and Tara for your loss of beautiful Kira, your granddaughter and daughter. May God Bless both of you, as I know, are very hard to at times take a breath. I bet Blade is missing his best friend with Kira, too. Blade brought your family much joy and love, as well. My prayers are for peace and knowing Kira is not suffering, and no more challenging treatments to try to make her well, again. But it was in God's plan to take Kira to Eternal Life, until we all do meet again. I love you Joan. I love you Tara and Carmen. Peace be with you, rest your broken hearts.💞💞💞💞💖🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Loving Peace, Karen Parr 11/8/21
