age 69, died at home on October 4, 2006. Ken was born on October 6, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Cass and Helen (Shalidznski) Mack. He found true happiness in his second marriage to Dorothy (Dodie) Norris, whom he wedded in 1973. In life, his passions included surrounding himself with his eight grand-children who brought him much joy. He also enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, playing Euchre in a card club for the past twenty years and watching his beloved Packers. Ken especially looked forward to an annual bow-hunting trip with his sons in the Upper Peninsula.
Ken is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his sons Dennis (Robin) Mack, Keith ( Marianne) Mack, Steve ( Helen) Mack; his daughter, Teresa (Gary) Miller; his grandchildren: Kenneth, Kathryn and Brandi Mack, Timothy and Crystal Martin, Carly Kopp, Steve and Jessee Lowell, and grand-doggies Kiwi, Kayli and Minnie; sister Lorraine, and brothers, Cass, Robert, Arthur, Tom, and David.
Ken was preceded in death by sister Shirley Briggee and Dorothy’s son, Brian Moore.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, October 7, 2006 at Wichmann Funeral Home Tri-County Chapel (3212 S. Oneida Street). Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Memorial contributions can be sent to the American Cancer Society and the Arthritis Foundation.
