I was saddened to hear of Kathy passing. She was a good friend and coworker many years ago but we fell out of touch due to career changes and child rearing. She contributed much to the practice of nursing and will be in my memory as one of the best people I worked with in my Nursing career.

Alisha, Margaret and family, I am still in disbelief that my best friend for the past 30 years is gone. I have such good memories of Kathy from our lives together in Appleton working at St. E 's to our many adventures together (trips to Madison, Milwaukee and Orlando to name some). Kathy was always someone who I could confide in and she would be there anytime day or night to lend an ear. She was always my fashion adviser and we spent many memorable visits to the mall and TJ Maxx with her trying to help develop a sense of fashion in me. You have my deepest and sincerest condolences and I take solace in knowing that we will all be with her again someday!
