Katherine Volger "Kathy" Greene

Passed away on November 27, 2019 at Cherry Meadows at the age of 61. Kathy was born on April 2, 1958 to Henry and Margaret (Lee) Vogler in Beauregard, LA.

Kathy was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, niece, aunt and friend. She was employed in the Target Human Resources Department for the last 13 years.

Kathy is survived by her children Davina (Mick Haessly) Greene, David (Tara) Greene, Jerad (Emma) Greene, Toby (Amanda) Meintz, Aliciamae Meintz, and Jessica (Brandon) Franzke; grandchildren Bradley Woods, Connor Woods, Tanner Haessly, Taylor Haessly, Sabrina Greene, Noah Greene, McKenzie Rangle, Maddy Rangle, Zolie Greene, Lucas Greene, Ryen Daniels, Reagan Greene, Ridley Greene, Chase Meintz, Cole Meintz, Jack Johnson, Daniel Franzke, and another undetermined grandchild; great grandchild Kaynan Guyette; sister Susan (the late Tom) Ammann, brother Henry (Bev) Vogler, and her dear sweetheart of 16 years, Harvey Meintz. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents and husband David Sr.

Kathy’s memorial service will be held at Wichmann Funeral Home Tri County Chapel, 1592 S. Oneida Street, on Wednesday December 4, 2019 at 6:00 PM. Memorial visitation from 4:00 PM until the time of service. Kathy will be laid to rest privately at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Kathy’s name.

Kathy’s family would like to thank Jolene and Nicole from Theda Care at Home Hospice, Lisa from Theda Care in Menasha, Dr. Munson and Kristen from the Theda Care Cancer Clinic, and Ellen, Aimee, and Alysha from Cherry Meadows for their compassionate care during her stay.
