Joseph (Joe) C. Biebel passed away on Saturday April 19, 2003. Joe was born in Green Bay on October 20, 1918. He graduated from Marquette University in 1940 and resided in the Milwaukee area until 1966. At which time he moved to Appleton. He worked 42 years for Allis Chalmers as Employee Recruitment and Human Resource Manager until his retirement in 1982.

Joe is survived by his wife, Millie, daughters, Chris (Jon) Morey, Martha (Ken) Berg, Anne and Jill. Grandchildren, Eric and Kristin Berg, Nora Junkins, Livia Saunders. Sister, Eunice VanDyck. Sisters-in-law, Corinne Bolhuis, Leone Bolhuis and Margie (Ed) Howell, several nieces, nephews and, of course, friends.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.

A Memorial Service for Joseph will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 26, 2003. Entombment will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 pm, until the time of the service.

It was Joe’s request that memorials be directed to Marquette University, St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation or the charity of your choice.
