So sorry to hear this news. My heart goes out to the Nedd family.
To my friend and co-worker Bill Nedd. I cannot even begin to understand what you're going through right now because losing a child shatters the myth of how life is supposed to unfold. I offer my sincere prayers and condolences to your family. May God keep you and your family in the hollow of His hand during this difficult time.
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Jordan. As we shared the news with employees that he had passed, everyone that was here during your stay shared memories but also the numerous stories we would hear. Mr. Nedd and family you will all continue to be in our thoughts and prayers during this time and know he is no longer in pain. Treasure the memories. Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
Praying for strength and peace amidst the storm. A favorite old hymn keeps coming to my mind this morning, "Learning to lean, I'm learning to lean, learning to lean on Jesus. I've got more power than I ever dreamed. I'm learning to lean on Jesus." I can't imagine losing a son (having three teenage sons myself). His glorious “homecoming” must be so bittersweet. What a wonderful young man and bride from all the comments so far! You must be so proud and thankful to God for such blessings! And the new daughter-in-law, Abby, will forever be a part of your family. Wow. The impact we have on others is not usually fully known until much later in life. You by God's grace and wisdom "raised him right." Bill, I remember when you were in our office and I was helping train you over 10 years ago, and there would be those "pre-teen adolescent moments" that demanded your attention and departure from work. You were always there for him. Your faithfulness as a dad and husband are also part of his legacy. It gives the rest of us parents hope. ;) What a wonderful disposition and temperament he had with the gift of laughter that he shared freely with all who had the privilege of knowing him. Thoughts and hugs your way.
I'm so sorry to hear this about your son. My thoughts and prayers to you and your family. To your daughter-in-law, I too got married recently, a month before Jordan and Abby, so I can truly imagine what she is feeling from the lost of the love of her life. May God continue to give you strength, peace, joy, grace and favor. Blessings!
Rose, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your grandson. My dad also had the same type of brain tumor and lasted just over 6 months. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Nedd Family,
I, too, like you all, are heart-broken to read such devastating news about Jordan. As I sit here at school this morning on a foggy, misty day, I am reminded of the many memories I made with Jordan years ago when he was in my 5th grade classroom at Jane Vernon. He was a student that all teachers desired to have in their classrooms because of his well-mannered behavior, wit, and desire to learn. We would often like to roast each other, ending up laughing and setting the tone for a fun day. He was a great kid to teach and I am thankful that I had the opportunity to both meet and teach him. God gives us people in our lives to learn from and to find a way to make a positive impression. Sometimes, unfortunately, it is for just a short time like when I was given Jordan for a year. I share your grief and send my sympathy to you celebrating a wonderful son, brother, and husband who has left a big hole in our hearts, but also a lifetime of memories to help carry out that sadness. Sending hugs and prayers.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
No matter how dark the night,
no matter the tears that dim the sight,
no matter how gray the thoughts,
the light of the Lord shines through.
May God's light and presence give you peace and comfort, knowing Jordan is in the light and shining through.
