John Striepling

John Striepling, age 68, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2012. He was born on January 18, 1944 in Chicago, the son of the late John and Hazel (Priest) Striepling. He graduated from Luther North High School in Chicago in 1961. John was a very kind man who loved his family very much. He was always quick with a joke and was a joy to be around. John was always willing to help anyone in need, and he always had a kind heart. He will be truly missed by all.

John is survived by his children: Jessica Mundt, Theresa Striepling, John Striepling, and Sara Striepling; 13 grandchildren and 3 plus great-grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents and step mother Helen Striepling

A memorial service will be held at 6 PM on Friday, October 5, 2012 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior St. Appleton, WI. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name. Online condolences can be made at www.wichmannfargo.com.
