John P. Moran

John Moran, age 56, passed away at Cherry Meadows Hospice on Christmas Morning, December 25, 2011. John was born in Korea on June 8, 1955 and came to the states as a baby. He was raised by his new parents, Harlan and Anne Moran of Menasha. John graduated from Menasha High School, and also attended college for three years. He is survived by his parents; a brother: Jeff (Vicki) Moran of Appleton; a niece: Kelly Moran of Iowa; and a nephew: Travis Moran of Appleton. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy.

The funeral liturgy for John will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 30, 2011 at ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC CHURCH, 516 DePere Street in Menasha, with Fr. Paul Paider officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again at the church on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service.

The family would like to thank the many special people who cared for John during his illness. They include his friends in Hudson, as well as the staff at ThedaCare at Home and Cherry Meadows Hospice. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
