So few people leave an impact on your life. Those that do are always there to share with you in your triumphs and your hardships. John\'s friendship will always be with me. To my friend John; Big Paper, Big Thoughts and plenty of Old Overshoes to wash it all down.
My condolences to Jim, Nan, and the family. This is sad news. May God's grace abound in the days ahead. Take comfort, John 11: 25-26.
Our sincere condolences to John's family. He was a good man and friend for many years. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest In peace. Ron and Ciline Weiss
John was a wonderful friend since our days in graduate school at ASU. He was so appreciative of the small acts of kindness offered to him throughout his illness. He admired his nephew for getting the groceries, not making a big deal out of it, but being supportive of him. He appreciated his many friends taking time to visit either in person or by phone. His was a gentle soul, and I will miss him.
My condolences to the Erchul family. John and I became quick friends when we met at ASU in 1989. We shared our love of music; he introduced me to the music of classic jazz musicians such as Miles Davis. I remember attending a Chick Corea concert in Scottsdale with him. Listening to some of his vast CD collection....along with his quirky jokes.....what great memories. I will miss him....peace be with you, my friend.
It is hard to understand the world without our dear, wise friend John. Our sympathies and condolences go out to his family and friends. Ted and Mary
