Johanna O. Dollevoet

Johanna O. Dollevoet, 85, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Brewster Village.

Johanna was born on August 19, 1925 to Martin and Elizabeth Van Heeswyk in Kimberly. She married Albert “Al” “Bart” Dollevoet in Michigan in October of 1946. She retired from Zwickers knitting mill after 27 years. Johanna was a member of Holy Spirit Parish.

Johanna is survived by 2 sons; Michael (Ruth) Dollevoet, Kimberly, Dave (Jill) Dollevoet, Park Forrest, Illinois, 3 grandchildren; Chad, Todd, and Darin Dollevoet, six great grandchildren; Brittany, Tyler, Kelsie, Hunter, Michael and Christian, her brothers; Marty Van Heeswyk, John (Jackie) Van Heeswyk and sisters, Pat Brown and Karen Dewall, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Johanna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Albert, two brothers George (Sunny) Van Heeswyk, Robert “Bob” Van Heeswyk, two sisters, Mary Effertz and Betty Wolfinger and two brothers-in-law; Dave Brown and Marvin Dewall, and a daughter-in-law, Julie Dollevoet.

The Funeral liturgy for Johanna will be held on Monday April 25, 2011 at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH (600 E. Kimberly Ave., Kimberly) at 1:00 PM with Fr. David Beaudry officiating. A time of visitation will be held on April 25, 2011 from 11:00 AM until the time of services at the church. Interment will be in the St. John Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Brewster Village for the good care they gave Johanna for the last two years.
