Jodi Ann Preissner

March 8, 1967 — April 12, 2014

Jodi Ann Preissner, 47, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at home following a courageous fight with ovarian cancer.

Jodi was born on March 8, 1967 to John and Ann (Peotter) Dutcher. She graduated from Appleton West in 1985. On January 8, 2005 she married the love of her life Mike Preissner, the happiest day of her life. Jodi loved planting flowers every summer and every single one was her favorite. She also loved planning and having big summer parties. It was the highlight of her summer having all her friends over. Jodi was a lifelong Packer fan; she learned from her father at 5 years old and has only missed 9 or 10 games since she was 11. Her four legged kids meant so much to her, Georgie the dog and Samara the cat have given her so much love and happiness over the years. Jodi also enjoyed volunteering, which she did for Meals on Wheels, Kings Daughters Benefit Circle, Outagamie County Republican Party event Chair, and the Lincoln Day Dinner.

Jodi is survived by her husband and best friend, Mike, a sister Suzanne (Larry) Langhor, a brother John W. Dutcher II, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Don and Chris Preissner, Mike's brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Philip Dutcher, maternal grandparents, George and Mildred Peotter, paternal grandparents, Bert and Bernice Dutcher, her faithful dog, Dutchess, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The memorial service for Jodi will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM at FIRST CONGREGATIONAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, 724 E. South River St., with Rev. Jane Anderson officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at the church.
