Dear Bob and family, You might not remember me but, I have very fond memories of Joan, her compassion for her father -n- law. The love she had for her family was beautiful. Joan was a wonderful, kind person. Your family is in my prayers. Heidi Kramer

Jill and family, I and so many others at Bethel Lutheran Church are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing a few days ago; on the occasions when we would see her at Confirmation or another family weekend event that would bring her to worship with us - we all enjoyed getting to know her, and see that so many of your great qualities indeed come from her! So fortunate you are to have grown up in such a solidly Christian family. We love you all, and send support over the miles as you grieve this loss -

Our love and prayers go out to everyone who loved Joan. Her spirit and zest for life were amazing and she will be dearly missed by her family. A Rost gathering was always more fun when Joan was there and she was the first person you looked for. Bob is a lucky man to have had her by his side for 54 years. We will miss you, Joan.

Grandma was an amazing lady. Words can't even begin to describe how much we love her. She will be sorely missed. However, we know that through her faith and the grace of God, she is looking down on us today. She will have as much of an impact on us now as she did while she was still here on earth. We love you Grandma, and look forward to seeing you once again in Heaven!!!

Was so sorry to see Joan's obituary today. When I started working in the incoming mail area at AAL, Joan was my trainer. She was a wonderful, wonderful person and I will never forget how kind she was to me. She is someone I would want to be like. Your family has my sympathy and she will be in heaven waiting for you.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

I worked with Joan at AAL and enjoyed her as a co-worker as well as a friend. She brought in microwave Carmel corn as a treat once and it was so good, I had to get the recipe from her. To this day, I still have the hand-written recipe and think of her friendly, kind and cheerful personality whenever I come across it.

I was so shocked to hear that Joan had passed away. What a wonderful person she was. She always had a smile on her face. Boy, we had some good times working together in the mail area at AAL. I'll never forget Joan dancing on the mail table - I'm smiling thinking about it. Heaven certainly gained an angel yesterday. I'll miss you Joan - you were a very special person.
