I just heard about Jim's passing. I am so sorry to hear this - I work at Best Friends of NM and we run the Best Friends Gourmet Bike Tour. We use Incredible Edibles for our food at the end of the ride. I remember Jim coming with a big smile and always being very friendly. One year when he was opening the soup and it got all over him, we couldn't help but laugh about it and then I gave him a bike tour t-shirt. - We will miss his smiling face at our bike tour. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all today.

If there is anything we can do for the family or when Dave and Joseph return to Atlanta, it would be our honor to help in any way possible. Prayers for the family and prayers for Dave and Joseph. How well I remember a year ago as being a mother of the bride is very stressful indeed. I must have made the trek to Liberty Hall a thousand times to measure and memorize. One day I saw someone in the hall and stopped to ask him a question. Unbeknownst to me it was Jim. For obvious reasons, I just started calling him "Smiley". He was friendly, helpful, cordule, everything someone in his line of work needed to be. From start to finish of that important day, he was there for me. I promised him after the wedding that I would come in and buy him a beer for being such a wonderful guy.....I can't help but cry as I write this because it takes very little to realize it was a gift to meet a person like Jim, no matter the reason or circumstances, or for how short of time. Some day down the road I wll get him his beer :) My condolences to his family. I feel the world has lost an amazing human being. Please take care.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Jim was one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with . I was lucky because I worked with Jim when I was a teenager , and then again as an adult . When I came back to Liberty Hall it was like coming home , Jim , Steve , and Mike made me feel very welcome . I learned a lot from Jim . Jim made everything fun , even when we were extra busy . Jim was a wonderful man , and he will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
