Jill Crea "Aunt Jill" Hilligoss

Jill C. Hilligoss, 68, of Appleton, passed away on November 29, 2017, at her home. She was born on November 22, 1949, in South Dakota, the daughter of Roy and Marie (Horten) Hilligoss. Jill was a graduate of Columbia Hospital School of Radiology, Milwaukee, the Class of 1983. She then had a long and successful career in Radiology before retiring in 2009. Jill was an avid reader, lover of dogs and Manderfield cookies; but her role as Aunt Jill was the most important of all.

Jill is survived by her siblings: Jeffry Hilligoss, Judith Bulluck, and Erin (Thomas) Fuhrmann; nieces and nephews: Eric Hilligoss, Damian Kuenzie, Heidi (Harita) Khampasaky, Tara Bulluck-McSwain; Damian (Anoma) Bulluck, and Jeffry Fuhrmann; great nieces and nephews: Oliver, Landon, Latwon, Lauren, Etienne, and Isa; a great great nephew: Messiah; and a multitude of great friends.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents; step-father: Robert Stillings; and God-sister: Jan Holloway.

Memorial services will take place at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at FIRST ENGLISH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 326 E. NORTH ST., APPLETON. A time to celebrate Jill’s life will follow at the church until 4:00 pm.
