James M. Dorn, age 75, of Kimberly, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2008. He was born December 7, 1932, to the late Marcellus and Mazella (Bauernfiend) Dorn, in the Town of Menasha and had been a Kimberly resident for 41 years. Jim had been employed by Fox River Paper for 35 years, retiring in 1995. Jim served with the U. S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Darlene J. (Van Roy) Dorn; six children, Kim (Bert) Zelten, Kewaunee; Cheryl Dorn and friend, Jake, Kaukauna; Steve (Mary) Dorn, Kimberly; Jimmy (Wanda) Dorn, Kimberly; Michael Dorn and friend, Helen, Kimberly; Lori Dorn and friend, Rich, Kimberly; 11 grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Jamie, Ryan, Alisha, Benjamin, Tracy, Matthew, Samantha, Bradley, Melissa; one great grandson, Jordan; one sister Marcelline Beschta, Appleton a sister-in-law, Dorothy (Leo) Van Drasek, Appleton; a brother-in-law, Bernie Van Roy, Kimberly; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Stanley Beschta and 2 sisters-in-law, Rosella (Cal) Schnese and Rita Van Roy. The funeral service for James will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at the funeral home, with Sister Annette Koss officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 pm Tuesday, until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
