I worked with Jim at TDS. He was my boss and he hired me as his Sales Assistant. I am so sorry for your loss.

I was hired by Jim at TDS Metrocom as his sales assistant. I worked with him briefly, before he left for California. I am stunned to learn of his passing. He always knew what he wanted in life and seemed to be the happiest since he moved to California. I last e-mailed Jim a few months ago. I had no idea of his illness and I am greatly saddened that the world has lost his lifeforce. I will always think of him with gladness in my heart because he truly lived his dream. Shari Blohm

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Jim. He and I shared many meals at Seasons in advance of him joining TDS METROCOM. Thereafter, we spent countless hours discussing his plans for the Fox Valley market. He was a tireless advocate for our company and was responsible for adding many new faces. We worked hard, enjoyed many more great meals and laughed a lot. Given his passion for everything he touched, I was happy to hear that he was pursuing his dream to move to the Palm Springs area. He will be missed.

Some of my best memories with Jim is when we were laughing....he seemed to have that gift, to bring laughter to any situation. It's unfortuante that we lost touch over the last few years. He will be missed.

I cannot actually believe that I am typing a message to say goodbye to such an amazing person. I met Jim many years ago at Norstan. He is truly one of the most genuine, caring and thoughtful individuals that I have ever met. Jim lived life with a zest that most people only dream about. The world needs more people like you my friend. We were all blessed to have known you. I will stay in touch through prayer and I will see you again.
