Age 20, passed away after a three year battle with leukemia on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. He was born in Long Beach, CA on November 8, 1989 the son of Ismael Lopez, Sr. and Juana Aguirre-Ramos. Junior was attending Menasha High School and had aspirations of becoming a law enforcement officer. He will be remembered for his passion of playing soccer as a goalie. Junior is survived by his parents; brothers: David and Edgar Lopez-Aguirre; grandmother, Rufina Ramos; special aunt, Bertha Lopez and her son Manuel; and many wonderful friends at Menasha High School. The funeral mass will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 8, 2010 at ST. THERESE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 213 E. Wisconsin Ave., Appleton, with Fr. Bill Hoffman officiating. Friends will be received at the church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the mass. A memorial fund in Junior’s name is being established.
