Hilda Bertha McGrath

Hilda McGrath, of Kaukauna, age 100, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Parkside Care Center in Little Chute. She was born on June 12, 1913, in the Town of Stockbridge to the late Ted and Rosa (Jahn) Haltinner. Hilda is survived by her daughter Jeanette Siebers; four grandsons: Terry (Kathy), Tim (Kay), Tom (Julie) and Ted (John); six great grandchildren: Stephanie, Dana, Steve, Nikki, Kristy, and J.D.; four great great grandchildren: Morgan, Lydia, Cole, and Kendall. She is further survived by the Phyllis Leach family, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Hilda was preceded in death by her brothers Alfred (Althea) Haltinner and Arthur (Pat) Haltinner, sister Esther (Elmer) Coon, son-in-law James Siebers, granddaughter Beth McDaniel, great granddaughter Monica Siebers, and life long companion Roland Bornemann.

The memorial service for Hilda will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the FARGO FUNERAL HOME, 400 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Kaukauna. Rev. Tim Albrecht will be officiating. Inurnment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Chilton. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday from 3:00 pm until the time of service.
