It was our pleasure to be next-door neighbors on Appleton's South Telulah Avenue with Hank and Joyce in the early 1950's. Our children were constant playmates with their boys. And Hank and Joyce were wonderful and friendly neighbors. We were sorry to learn of his death. He was a fine person and father to his family.

Hank was a very special man. He quietly gave of himself to all he knew and many that he did not know yet. I went on several missions trips to Nicaragua with Hank. He always managed to bring some his wine. I fondly remember him cracking open a bottle and passing it to our group in an airport. I believe he felt it would make our flight delay more tolerable and he was right! I always admired his reverence on these trips. If I sat next to Henry I felt like I had God on both sides of me. I share in your sadness. 🙏💖
