November 29, 1935 — July 2, 2013

Henry G. Hupfauf, 77, Darboy, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family with a double rainbow welcoming him into the arms of our Lord and Savior on July 2, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Hospital following a short illness. He was born November 29, 1935, in Darboy, to the late Henry W. & Olive Probst Hupfauf.

Hank “Bud” is survived by his wife, Debbie; a daughter Cindy & Tim Wright; sons, Steven & Elia, Michael & Susan, Patrick & Teresa; stepson, Derek & Lorry; grandchildren, Andrew Wright, Alyssa & Adam Woods, Crystal Hupfauf, Sean Hupfauf, Tiana Hupfauf; sisters, Betty Jansen, Arline Kasten, Sister Paulette, Alice Lindberg; brother and sisters-in-law; Jim & Sandy Vanden Heuvel, Ginny Kilbey, Mary & Ron Popp, Dan & Helen Vanden Heuvel, Jeanne Vanden Heuvel, Delores Albers, mother of his children; many nieces and nephews. Hank was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald; sister, LaVerne Mader Van Rossum and brothers-in-law: Arlon Mader, Louis Van Rossum, Leonard Kasten, Archie Jansen, Thomas Lindberg.

Hank was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for the phone company for many years and then went into the phone business on his own. Hank was very active in the Appleton Little League and enjoyed all sports. He loved to go to auctions, futzing with his tractors, and finding a real bargain. Hank enjoyed a lasting friendship with many of special friends. If you knew Hank, you loved Hank! He enjoyed life! He will be missed by so many. Things will not be the same without him. He was one in a million! A Special Thank You to Hank & Debbie's awesome neighbors, many wonderful family members & friends for all their love, support & comforting words during this time. A Special Thank You to the Darboy EMT's. Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, in the ICU & Chaplain Cal at St. Elizabeth Hospital for their wisdom and compassion shown to the family!

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of your choice or to The Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at ST. PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH, 410 E . Wallace Street, Combined Locks, with Fr. Andrew Kysely officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in St. Paul Catholic Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered at www.wichmannfargo.com

Sweet Pea, You made my world complete when God brought you into my life. Thank you for all the love and happiness you have given me. Life with you has been priceless!! I love you now and will forever!! Debbie
