Kathy and Greg Koll left a message on April 6, 2009:
Deb, Sandy, and Mark, We are not able to attend the funeral services on Monday and Tuesday, we are accompanying our daughter to Carroll College in Waukesha for orientation. We will miss Harold and Barb. They have been great neighbors since 1979, when Greg moved next door. We have fond memories of Barb taking care of the lawn and washing windows and Harold's generosity with help around our house, installing our garage light, building a ladder to our garage attic, plowing the snow etc. We always appreciated the interest they showed in our girls as they were growing up. If there is anything we can do to help with the house, moving furniture etc. please feel free to ask. They were fine examples of a truly married couple who looked after each other for better or worse. We will always remember their courage and example during the difficult times. Kathy, Greg, Anna and Kayla Koll.
John and Joan Oswald left a message on April 6, 2009:
Deb, Sandy and Mark, You don't need us to tell you that your mom and dad were special, loving people. You know that. But we want you to know how much their lives have impacted ours, particularly over the last years. The model of a loving couple devoted to each other that your parents represented exemplified how the Lord would have us live with each other. Yes, your parents were special and we will all miss them while on this earth. But some day in the future when the time is just right, we will all see each other again --- but this time in the perfect place for all of us --- heaven! In the meantime, if there is anything we can do to help in the days ahead, please let us know. Love, Jay and Joan Oswald
