The Slezak Family- I heard of Harleys passing yesterday. I haven`t seen Harley for 10 years. The last time we were together we were bringing in the new millenium. It was a small but very satisfying celebration. I have missed him since he left Va. and have thought of him often. I always saw some of my father (Clyde) in Harley. My family and all the Slezaks here would like to send you our most heartfelt condolences.- John Slezak (son of Clyde and Sally Slezak)

We met Harley one year ago when my mother moved to Heartwood Homes. Several days before Halloween, Harley joined my wife and I in some piano music. We were wearing halloween costumes for the residents. Harley especially enjoyed wearing Anita's witch hat for the evening with a big grin on his face. Harley, we will miss you.

I knew Harley when I worked at Heartwood Homes. I always looked forward in seeing Harley. He would be scooting down the hallway in his shorts, tee shirt and no shoes or socks. He always had a "Hi sweetie" for me and always new how to make me smile. We had a common polident bond. I will miss him.
