I was lucky enough to hang out one summer when we were still in school. There are so many great memories but one of my very favorite was one night we were in Greg's basement playing pool. Time got away from us and before we knew it, we were going to be late for our curfew is we (me and Sue) were to walk home. Greg had an idea. He went upstairs and came down to tell us "Don't worry, my dad is eating ice cream" . We were confused!! Then he said "My dad eats ice cream every night just before going to bed". A few minutes later....Greg pushed his dads car out of the driveway (so not to wake his dad) and then gave us a ride home. We made it just in time. It was a fun summer including going to the arcade and part dances etc... He was a great guy and will be missed by many. RIP

So sorry to hear of Gregs passing. He and I had a lot of good times in junior high & high school. His sense of humor, kindness and goofiness are the memories that I will cherish, until we meet again.

Roughly two weeks ago I crossed Greg's path in front of the Neenah YMCA and yelled Hey Finxter and without him even seeing me he spun & yelled hey Pauly. He knew me by voice. I drove around the block to head off his route & was disappointed to not locate him & now he's gone. I am heartbroken I was unable to spend that last meeting with him. My eyes are tearing up as I type. You are loved buddy and will never be forgotten. Your friend till the end Pauly B.

I met my neighbor Greg in the first grade and our first trip was to Trees For Tomorrow Camp in fifth grade. He was the life of the party even back then, raiding the girl cabins and sharing M&Ms; with them. There was always room in the car for Finker on our road trips, most of the time he wouldn't even ask where we were going. He will be missed by the entire community of friends he had. What a great guy!
