Grace M. Finch

Grace M. Finch, age 73, of Appleton, passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, March 14, 2016, surrounded by her family. Grace born on July 17, 1942, in Auburndale, Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Muriel (Kaminski) Hamus. She was an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed embroidery, card playing, dining out, road trips with friends, and spending time with her family.

She married Jack W. Finch in 1994 and they spent the last 21 years together. Grace is survived by her husband Jack; her seven children, Allen (Sandy) Hamus, Kevin Hamus, Perry (Amanda) Gawlick, Luanne Beckerson, Heather (Gene) Boehlein, Shannon (Daniel) Dodge, and Shelly Finch. Her 16 grandchildren: Eric J., Aaron (Vanessa), Richie, Eric G., Jason, Ashley (Josh), Tyler (Amber), Jesse, Harley, Stephanie, Alex, Ariana, Zach, Cheyenne, William and Genevieve; her 7 great grandchildren, Preston, Phoenix, Payshence, Austyn, Yunaleska, Taylor, and Aizen. She is further survived by her two cats, Carrie and Sammie.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME—TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 Oneida Street, Menasha, with Fr. Larry Seidl officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services.
