Grace K. Shores, wife to George, mother to Janet, Allison, April and Holly, grandmother to Lauren, Madeline and Grace passed from life on earth on October 7, 2004. Having spent her childhood in Kenosha, 20 years in Wauwatosa and living since 1982 in Appleton, she has left many friends from all around Wisconsin. She will be remembered by many for her beauty and sense of style, her great sense of humor combined with a sharp intellect, her curiosity and fascination with life, her “gift of gab,” and especially for her compassion and caring. Grace will be deeply, deeply missed and her absence will be a reminder of the color and beauty she contributed and that which will be lacking in the lives of those left behind. We love you, Grace, and you will not be forgotten. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 11, 2004 at the Wichmann Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m.
