Dear Mitzi, my thoughts & prayers are with you. I very much appre- ciated Gene as a guidance counselor. He had such an interesting and active life. Those times will be good memories for you. I was reminded just last week about the concert we did with the Boy's Choir that focused on songs appropriate for each month of the year. Teddy Bear's Picnic and The Night Before Christmas were real highlights for me. Thank you for all you taught me about accompanying and directing, as well. Sincerely, Mary

Mitzi and Family, We are so very sorry to learn today of Gene's passing. What a great husband, father, and role model he was for so many. I first met Gene as we worked as Field Representatives for AWSA. Right from out first meeting, I knew I was working with a professional educator and gentleman. I am proud to say I learned much from Gene as so many have before me. Our best to you and the family.

Dear Mitzi and family, Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of Gene. The loss of a spouse and a father is never easy or expected. In your grief just know that many of us in the teaching field had much respect for the work he did as a teacher and principal for many years. We will all miss him. Take care and God Bless.
