My Deepest Sympathy to all of the family members of my precious sister in Christ, Gail Barker. Although I have not met many of you, I have heard so many stories about all of you and how much she loved and cherished each one of you. Her Family and friends meant so much to her and I admired her commitment and relationship with God, family and her friends. No words can discribe how much she will be missed. Her smile would light up the room and even at the end she continued to smile and radiate the presence and peace of God. It was truely amazing to see her glow even though she walked in the valley of the shadow of death, she feared no evil for she knew who walked with her! Praise God! I will cherish the times we shared, talking, praying, laughing and crying, I will miss her deeply. My only regret is that we didn't have more time together, but I will see again one day in glory. The last time I saw her I told her when she got to heaven she was gonna teach the angels how to love and she giggled...... Now when I think of Gail I see a picture in my memory of her sitting in her wheelchair at "Lifefest" with her umbrella overhead, under a clouded sky with just a mist of rain, listening to Selah singing, "You Raised Me Up" That's how I will remember my friend Gail..... just loving the Lord........... I loved her so much, how could anyone help but love her, she was so loveable! I will miss her so much until I get there, so save me a place, Gail. Love always and forever in Christ! Debi

Gail, The name many called you. Mom, What you were to me. Grandma, The warm person the kids looked forward to see. Daughter, what your parents called their little baby. Wife, half of a great partnership. Friend, the title you extended to anyone willing to accept. Missed, what you will always be!

Gail has been my sister for over 18 years, time and distance could not effect that. Now death will not effect it either.

To Gails family and Dear ones. I will try to make this short as I am known for writing long messages.I just wanted to send you all again my heart warm sympathy on your loss of Your wife, mother, sister, aunt. and grandmother. Gail was and is one of a kind. She was and is and very much loved and was a great witness for our lord and savior JESUS CHRIST. She was always with a warm smile and an encouraging word for all she met even when she was going through rough times herself. The wake and service was the most beautiful funeral I have ever witnessed. Everything was done so beautifully with all the pictures, angels, knick knacks and gorgeous flowers. Whoever bought the Chimes was a beautiful gift. You all have done Gail proud and I feel she was so watching over all of you. Donna..your quiet spirit was a strenghth of comfort I am sure for all you talked with. Norbert and Helen it was nice to see you again. Ben you were a real source of strenghth for everyone there. Angie and Lee were wonderful and so gracious. Kim you were fantastic and I know it all hit you hard today. Mark you did a wonderful job speaking up front and so was Sarah. Pastor Becky made it all so wonderful as she made it to a rejoicing of redemptions which Gail wanted. I really loved what she did with the children. The music was wonderful and so was the projecor for Gails pictures from her computer. Everything was great. Thank you so much and I am proud to have met all of you. Anyone I am leaving out..May God Bless you and I hope Gail's services brought you a little closer to our LORD. Sincerely, Susie Marie Rowe
