PATTERSON, EUGENE E. “GENE”

Eugene E. Patterson, age 72, of Menasha, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 at Prairie Home Elder Services. He was born on September 11, 1938 in Park Falls, Wisconsin, the son of the late Alec and Louise (Bilz) Patterson. Gene graduated from UW – Milwaukee. Religion was very important to him and he had a strong faith. Gene participated in the Dr. D. James Kennedy Evangelist Explosion in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and was a member of Valley Baptist Church.

Gene is survived by his cousins: Diane Kolgen, Menasha and Robert Zuehlke, Appleton. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Eugene will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL with Rev. Larry Creamer officiating. Inurnment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. A time of visitation will take place from 3:00 pm until the time of service.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Prairie Home Elder Services, Dr. Theresa Lee, Kristin Lugger and Heartland Hospice for the excellent care they all gave Gene.

God called you home but you will always remain in our hearts. Until we meet again, have that horn ready kiddo we will play Night-Train once again.
