Interment was in the parish cemetery. Friends called at the funeral home on Friday from 4 – 8 PM and again on Saturday at the church from 9 AM until the hour of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family established a memorial fund in Gene’s name.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful people who cared for Gene during his illness. They include the staff of the ICU at the Appleton Medical Center, the nurses on 4 North, and everyone at Parkside Care Center. Your love and concern was obvious to us all. Thank you so very much. Thanks also to the various Rosin boys who helped out on for the farm for so many years. Your generosity and assistance will never be forgotten.
