CHALUPA, ELIZABETH L. "BETTY"

Of Kimberly, age 73 years, died Friday, May 27, 2005 at St. Paul Home, Kaukauna. She was born May 17, 1932 in Oshkosh the daughter of the late Orville and Mary (Penzenstadler) Dolan. Betty married Bernard Chalupa on January 10, 1953 in Oshkosh.

Elizabeth was a devoted mother and grandmother to 2 sons: Charles Chalupa of Maineville, Ohio and Robert (Darlene) of Little Chute; 4 daughters: Debra (William) Verhagen of Kaukauna, Denise Karczewski of Kimberly, Sally (Ron) Feistel of Kaukauna and Cheryl (Jeff) Van Zeeland of Kaukauna; 12 grandchildren: Troy (Diane), Ben and Kevin Verhagen; Jacob and Zachary Chalupa; Liz and Krystina Karczewski; Crystal Holeman and Billy Goodwin; Alex and Casey Feistel and Betsy Van Zeeland; 3 great-grandchildren: Trevor and Kyle Verhagen and Christian Karczewski; 3 sisters: Minnie (Johnny) Galica of Oshkosh, Mary Jane (Paul) Killgoar of Stoughton, MA and Patty Lisbeth of Oshkosh; 2 brothers-in-law: Frank Chalupa of Kaukauna and Vernon Chalupa of Kimberly. She is further survived by a special niece Joanne Tompkins of Kimberly and special neighbors the Appleton?s and many other relatives and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and four sisters.

A funeral service will be held at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at JANSEN FARGO FUNERAL HOME. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 pm until the time of service. Memorials to St. Paul Elder Services appreciated.
