It is with great sadness that i learned of Elisabeth passing. She always had a warm smile and a sweet greeting at Church. I knew she was a teacher and a counselor but i did not all of her amazing history and her gifts. She was quite the influential women. She touched many hearts and many minds. She was a great example of one of Gods great servants. My mother-in-law would joke that she was Queen Elisabeth and they would laugh together. She will be greatly missed and my heart goes out to her family.

John and I would like to express our deepest sympathy to your family. We were part of the Methodist Church family in Prairie du Chien. We appreciated the work that Elisabeth did for our church. My husband sang in the choir. May the good memories and your faith help you through this difficult time.

I just wanted to say that I’m very sorry for your loss of. Ms. Allen and that you can find comfort in these hard times from God’s word, the bible. John 5:28,29 reads: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment”. It IS possible to see her again. God is eager to resurrect those who have died because he hates death and views it as an enemy (1 Corinthians 15:26).
