AGEN, EILEEN B.

Eileen B. Agen, died on Friday, February 25, 2005, at Cherry Meadows. Eileen was born on May 17, 1923, in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan, to the late Lee and Mary (Weiss) Steele. She married James R. Agen on June 16, 1945, in Appleton; he preceded her in death on August 14, 2002.

Eileen enjoyed bowling, square dancing, and spending time at her trailer at Evergreen Campground at Wild Rose, weekend drives with her family and was an avid reader. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Eileen especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren

Survivors include her four daughters, Karen (Ronald) Rademacher, Kimberly; Joyce (Dano) Jagielo, Neenah; Colleen (James) Recker, Appleton; and Jennifer Agen, Kimberly; her four sons, Robert J. (Charlene) Agen, Appleton; Steven (Becky) Agen, Menasha; Lee (Kari) Agen, Appleton; James (Sue) Agen, Combined Locks; her 14 grandchildren: Becky, John, Melissa (Ryan), Scott (Stephanie), Mark, Renee (Brian), Travis (Jenny), Kristen, Zachary, Katie, Joshua, Ashley, Kelsey and Noah.; her four great grandchildren, Madison, Chayce, Elisabeth and Braelyn; and her brothers, Richard (Vivian) Steele, California, and Giles Steele, Hawaii. Eileen is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Dixie and Betty and her brothers, George and Billy.

The Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 28, 2005, at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 312 South State Street, Appleton, with Fr. Michael O’Rourke officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
