My sincere condolences to the entire Bouressa. May you Rest In Peace Dear Phil. Thanks for all the memories. Only a few will understand the photo. Never waste! I will cherish the tiny plate forever.

We’re very sorry for the loss of our friend and your father, Phil. He was a steadfast member and Chair of the Board of WDA Insurance Programs and fought hard in our early days to make the company legitimate. I’m proud to say that during our tenure we provided the WDA with over $5 million in endorsements and sponsorships. Your father was a very special man. We’ll never forget his surprise housewarming gift of two Packer tickets for the 1996 NFC Championship game against the Carolina Panthers. Yes, we won that game and the subsequent Super Bowl XXXI. We also went to Dallas with Phil and Birdie the year before to watch the Pack lose, unfortunately. But we had a great time. Please accept our sincere thank you to a wonderful, accepting family. And our praises for a life well lived and our sympathies to all of you, God Bless your family. You’re special people. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✝️
