On Sunday, July 18, 2021, Diane Susan (Dillman) Cahall, loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend entered into eternal life at the age of 56 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her family.

Diane was born on September 1, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ralph and Marie Dillman.

Diane shared a love of music with her father and began playing the guitar. For over 45 years of her life she used her talents to play guitar with her church choir. Through her music ministry she met her husband Jim. On July 13, 1985 she married James Louis Cahall, they were able to celebrate 36 years of marriage together.. They raised two children, their daughter Erin and son Ben.

Diane had a deep love for her Christian faith in the Catholic Church and had a passion for sharing it, especially by educating children through religious education. Through her deep love of teaching children, she realized her vocation in religious education and went back to school to get commissioned in that field. One of her greatest achievements in her life was becoming a Coordinator of Religious Faith Formation and spent over 20 years in that role.. She was a lover of history and literature and was an avid reader.

Diane’s family was her greatest joy. She enjoyed spending time traveling, camping, or just spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Jim, her children Erin Nandory (Jermey) Ben Cahall (Hailey), grandchildren McKenna, Madeline, Evelyn, and Wylie, her parents Ralph and Marie Dillman, her siblings Gail Davidson (Steve), Andy Dillman (Kim), and Ralph Dillman (Sharon) and she will be missed by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
