Dennis A. Marx

Passed away at his residence on October 23, 2018 at the age of 65. Dennis was born on October 18, 1953 at Camp Le Jeune, North Carolina to Joseph and Barbara Marx. Dennis was an avid reader, loved boating, shooting pool, fishing and hunting, target shooting and spending time with friends. He “enthusiastically” cheered on his favorite sports teams and have a unique love-hate relationship with his computer and new cell phone. Above all else, Dennis loved his children, grandchildren, friends, his cat Bitsy and dog Emmy.

Dennis is survived by his fiancé Joy Farnsworth, mother Barbara Marx, siblings Bruce, Robert “Bob”, and JoAnne, children Jamie Acker, Kelsey (Carlos) Hernandez, Laura (Justin) Kempen, Abigail (Cody) Ledvina and grandchildren Ian, Nevaeh, Aiden, Aleksander, Gabrielle, and Everett, and his nephew Travis.

Dennis is preceded in death by his father Joe Jr. and his future father-in-law Howard Greve.

Memorial visitation will be held at Wichmann Funeral Home, Saturday October 27, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services at 1:00 PM. Dennis will be laid to rest privately at a later date. Memorials to the Fond du Lac Humane Society in Dennis’s name are appreciated.
