Thomas Sweet left a message on January 29, 2011:
To Ann and all those how shared their lives with Dean, this is a great moment of sorrow. Dean is missed by the absence of his loving and gifted personality. For myself, our relationship was forged in the communication and expression of art, back in a time when younger minds needed to touch others with their creativity. Through time our lives have become distanced, but that natural distance is closed by a bridge of creativity. When I look at Deans paintings that hang on my wall, I remember all the moments of my life that were shared with him. Through that bridge of art, Dean will always be remembered. Thomas Sweet
