My heart and prayers goes out to each one of you. I will always remember Dean's special relationship and love for my parents, Marvin & Lucille Doege, as he spent so many wonderful summers on their farm. He was a man, above all else, who truly cherished his wonderful family. May you find comfort in the days ahead and remember he is no longer struggling.

We are sorry for your loss. I learned a lot from Dean during my time landscaping with him. He taught me about the landscaping trade and about work ethic. He always had high expectations and a clean work site. He also provided advice on girls as we were teenagers at the time. I appreciated my time with Dean and am happy to have spent time with him. Chuck
Cousin Bob Tanner left a message on November 8, 2011:
Although not blood related, Dean was my "step" cousin whom I greatly admired. Dean and his sister Margo provided the glue that held the family together. Dean took me on my first motorcycle ride which fostered my fascination with motorcycles....later becoming a motorcycle officer with our local police dept. here in California. Blessings to Dean's immediate family and close friends. We've lost truely " one of a kind " loved one. Bob Tanner

Our heartfelt sympathy to Dean's family. He was like a brother to Tom. They shared the love of cars and tractors. He was a unique, caring man who often wore a smile :) We will miss him and treasure the good times we had together.
