Dawn M. Collar

Age 56, passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday, October 12, 2004. Dawn was born in Appleton on October 28, 1947, daughter of the late Everett Collar and Dorothy (Prellwitz) Collar. For over ten years, Dawn had been employed as an escrow agent at Evans Title Companies in Appleton. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, golfing, and visiting Curves. She very much treasured her family and her grandchildren who will miss her dearly: her mother: Dorothy Collar of Kaukauna; three children: Joel Green of Appleton and his son Tristan; Stacey (Matt) Baughman of Appleton and their son Garrett; Julie (Dan Grafmeier) Green of Appleton and Dan’s son Jack; five brothers and sisters: Sue Bahr of Appleton; Jeanice (Bob) Armstrong of Appleton; Dan (Sue) Collar of California; Bob (Pat) Collar of Little Chute; Lynn (Joe) Hicks of Dale. Dawn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Everett Collar.

The funeral liturgy for Dawn will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 16, 2004 at SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 222 E. Fremont Street in Appleton with Fr. Robert Karuhn officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the hour of the service.
