I had a few issues during my time at FVL. I found myself in Mr. Voss's office a couple of times. His support for me and love for me, even though I was the one at fault was unique. He was super chill when dealing with the issues I had, and was a loving disciplinarian. May God bless the Voss family with constant comfort through the means of grace during this difficult time.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Mr. Voss was one of my favorite teachers at FVL. I remember many chats with him in his office. He always had a great attitude and made me feel good leaving his office.

Uncle Dave, you were one of a kind for sure! You were an amazing man of God, a true servant, a man who put others ahead of yourself. You also broke one of my ribs in a game of beach frisbee, turned me back on to red meat after an 8 year hiatus by placing a juicy classic Roxy burger in front of me, and you spoke truth and love to me more times than I can count in my 45 years. It’s hard to imagine this earth without Dave Voss but what a life story! God has called you home sooner than we would like but what an honor to know that He needs you now more than we do. Hard to even comprehend that. Thank you Uncle Dave for being a man who lived full of the fruits of the spirit. You are missed.

My sincerest condolences. He was a wonderful teacher and roll model. I remember, I went back to the FVL campus to visit a year after I graduated (2002) and I stopped by his office to say hi. We talked for a while, and I had mentioned that I wish I could go back and do my 4 years of high school over again, that I hadn't really been ready to graduate. He asked me if it would have help. I said probably not. He then reminded me that my fate was in the Lord's hands, and that I had been in that school at the right time, for the right amount of time and that I would be alright. He will be greatly missed.

David helped teach our 3 youngest children at Fox Valley. Always a Christian example to them. As we know, the Lord now has him in His arms. Peace, joy, and our condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I am Dave's cousin and have many fond memories of visiting his family for many get-togethers. I remember fondly when his brother Rick and I went to visit Dave and Lorry at the Indian Reservation they lived at in Arizona. We had a great time catching up on everything. I will always remember those great memories and Dave was a terrific person and he will be greatly missed.
