Dale A. Jakubek

Dale Jakubek, age 66, of Neenah, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was born on May 17, 1951, the son of the late Raymond and Carol Jakubek. Dale graduated from Menasha High School in 1969. Dale enjoyed playing the guitar, listening to music, and watching sports. He also enjoyed taking walks with his girlfriend of 37 years, Priscilla Holloway.

Dale is survived by his girlfriend, Priscilla Holloway; siblings: Rick Jakubek, Paul (Cindy) Jakubek, Bozeman, MT, Jim (Sue) Jakubek, Ray (significant other, Penny) Jakubek, Patty (Bob) Christensen. Nieces and nephews: Dylan and Hannah Jakubek and Erin and Brooke Christensen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Carol Jakubek; brother, Gary Jakubek.

A memorial service for Dale will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 26, 2017 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME-LAEMMRICH CHAPEL. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until the time of service.

The family wishes to extend a thank you to the nurses and staff of the ThedaCare Neenah ICU for the care given to Dale.
