Curt, our son's father-in-law, was blessed, not only with a long life, but with a long, loving marriage, four caring children, and seven dear grandchildren. His brilliance and his decency shone through in his professional success and in his rewarding personal life.

I had the opportunity to work with Curt, both as an employee and as a partner. I always thought of him as the smartest individual I have known. I often thought if I ever learned half of what he knew, I would feel blessed. Not sure if I ever achieved that level. He was knowledgeable in all phases of the work performed by an accounting firm. He and the other partners in the firm took me under their wing when I was first hired and turned me into a CPA, something I will always be grateful for. Curt was also responsible for getting our family into fondueing. Our family considers this a special event! My sympathy to Carla and the children on Curt's passing. I know he will be missed!
