I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Clay's passing. I had heard many, many wonderful stories of him from my Grandpa (Howie) and my Dad (Chris). I'm sure my Dad's up there with him, getting some fishing time in and catching up. Dave, Anna, and I are sending you all prayers, good thoughts, and strength.
Britteny (Kieffer) Schuetter left a message on July 15, 2009:
My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I am also the daughter of Chris and grand daughter of Howard and Betty Jean. I heard lots of great stories and also read many letters Uncle Clay had sent. Although we had only met a few times, I still remember his wonderful humor to this day. I'm sure he and my Dad are up there smiling away :) May God Bless you all

To Ila May, the Kieffer cousins and Clyde & Jeanne and Joyce...I am sorry to hear of Clayton's death, but also happy he's with the Lord and feelin' great! I used to see him daily at the Thompson Community Center when he was in the Adult Daycare - and always smiling! Blessings on your family.
