Christine M. Lawrence

Christine M. Lawrence, age 55 of Appleton, passed away on August 24, 2021.
She was born to Dave and Ann (Novotny) Smith on September 30, 1965 in Antigo, Wisconsin, where she would grow up and graduate from high school. Following high school, Christine worked at a senior home doing what she loved most, helping people. Eventually, she moved to Appleton, where she met and married her loving husband of 18 years, Christopher Lawrence. Christine loved working with her co-workers at School Specialty. She really felt she was making a difference in children’s lives by sending help to teachers.
Christine was a loving person and believed everyone should love each other. To the many that she helped, whether they were family or not, she was an angel on Earth. Having a true servant’s heart, she made meals with her church for the homeless shelter in Appleton, assisted with wedding dinners, couponed to get extra stuff for family and friends and taught young kids at Sunday school. In her spare time, she liked watching the Packers and Brewers, but most of all, spending time with her family.
Christine will be dearly missed and is survived by her husband, Christopher; mother, Ann Smith; siblings, Mike (Diane) Smith, Tricia (Ted) Draeger, Amy (Tom) Bishop, Casey (Linda) Smith, Tom Smith, Cathy Smith, Jason (Jamie) Smith and Becky Smith; siblings-in-law, William Lawrence, Dave (Candy) Lawrence and James (Denise) Lawrence; numerous dear nieces and nephews.
Christine was preceded in death by her father, Dave Smith.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM for Christine on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Faith Community United Methodist Church, N1966 Julius Dr., Greenville, WI 54942. Family and friends may visit at the church from 9 AM to the time of the service.
