Charles William Foster

Charles William Foster, age 60, of Appleton, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 22, 2014. Charles was born on April 30, 1953 to Edward and Sally Foster. Charles is survived by his daughter Sara; his sisters, Sharon, Susan, Sandra, Sally and Patty; and his special friends, Crystal and Fred. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
