We have known eachother for so many years......since kindergarten or 1st grade. You were the one who started calling me smelly kelly back in our younger years lol.......after high school we lost touch for a while, until the day you, DJ and Tank were in my garage putting the tranny in Tank's mazda. I'm glad we were able to stay in touch from that day forward. You were one of my best friends, and i could always count on you for anything. I wish we would have spent more time together over the years, but please know this......it was a blessing to have someone like you in my life. I will always remember that innocent yet somehow devious smile of yours and that laugh that made me smile even if i didn't want to. I'm having a hard time grasping the reality that you are gone, i keep waiting for a text or facebook post from you with that twist of "Chad" humor........I know you will always be in everyone's hearts and be around watching over everyone, especially your beautiful children........you will be missed by so many.......I will never forget you and i will miss u dearly, but you will live on through your kids and that is a legacy to be proud of! Until we meet again.....Rest in paradise Chad <3

"Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Nothing has happened. Everything remains exactly as it was. I am I, and you are you, and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no difference into your tone. Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is absolute and unbroken continuity. What is this death but a negligible accident? Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just round the corner. All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!"
