Caroline "Peach" Mary Zimmerman

Caroline “Peach” Zimmerman, age 94, of Appleton, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Caroline was born to the late Frank and Alvina (Bleck) Krause on March 8, 1920. She married Carl Zimmerman on January 26, 1937. They spent 69 years together. Caroline loved gardening, sewing, and baking.

Caroline is survived by her daughter Nancy Thurber; her grandchildren: Nanette Thurber, Renee (James) Prink, Kelley (Peter) Niles; great grandchildren: Kayla and Jamie Prink, and Benjamin and Jordan Niles. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl Zimmerman, both of her parents, and 11 brothers and sisters.

In accordance with Caroline's wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
