Caroline E. Hinzman

Caroline E. Hinzman, age 100, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2011, at Appleton Medical Center. Caroline was born on October 22, 1910, daughter of William and Anna (Krueger) Seering. She worked for 20 years at the Fox River Knitting Mill, knitting socks and mittens, and the worked as a housekeeper for many years later. Caroline is survived by two grandchildren, Todd (Ann) Hinzman, and Tara Lynn (David) Lattimer; two sisters, Roseline and Lilas; and one brother, Donald. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; and two sons, Marvin and Donald.
A memorial service for Caroline will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2011, at the FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 325 East Franklin Street, Appleton. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at the Crestwood Senior Living Center for many years of loving care, compassion, and support.
